How do I place an order?

Orders are typically processed quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Once items are packed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the order.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Sydney, ensuring fast and reliable domestic delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand

How long does shipping take?

Domestic (Australia): 2–5 business days


New Zealand: 5–12 business days (may vary depending on location and customs clearance)

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.

Is the packaging discreet?

Absolutely. We ship all orders in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of peptides or research products on the outside. Inside, peptides are securely sealed in sterile vials and protected to maintain product integrity.

What if my order is delayed or lost?

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We’ll work with the courier service to locate your shipment. If an issue occurs, we’ll assist you in resolving it quickly.

How much does shipping cost?

Australia & New Zealand: $15 Express or Free Express Shipping for orders over $200

Refunds and Returns

Can I return my order?

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns once products have left our facility. This ensures all customers receive products that are new, sealed, and uncompromised.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will request photos of the packaging and vials so our support team can assist with a replacement or refund.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued in cases where products are defective, damaged during transit, or if we are unable to fulfill your order. Refunds cannot be provided for items opened, used, or mishandled after delivery.

What if my package is lost in transit?

If tracking shows your package has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, contact us. We’ll investigate with the courier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement.

Can I cancel my order after payment?

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once your package has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund it.
