All orders are securely packed and shipped from Sydney via AusPost Express to ensure your products arrive quickly and in perfect condition.

Refund & Replacement Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you are entitled to either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or

  • A replacement item shipped at no additional cost.

We also offer a 30-day full refund for any unopened or unused products returned in their original condition.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Once your return or replacement is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, or your replacement item will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Exclusions

Refunds and replacements are not available for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery

  • Orders reported after 14 days of delivery

  • Products not stored or handled according to provided guidelines

  • Shipping costs (non-refundable)
